At MokoSaga, we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.
Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be intact
- The product should not show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or washing
Products failing quality checks may not qualify for exchange.
Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Customized or altered products
- Accessories or final sale items, if applicable

- Reason for exchange
- Unboxing images/video, if applicable

Once approved, exchange instructions will be shared by our team.
Reverse Pickup & Shipping
Reverse pickup availability depends on your location.
- If reverse pickup is available, our courier partner will collect the product.
- If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to our address.
Shipping charges for exchanges may apply depending on the reason for exchange.
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images and unboxing video for verification.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
Refund Policy
Currently, MokoSaga does not offer refunds except in cases where:
- The ordered product is unavailable
- A prepaid order cannot be fulfilled
- A return is approved due to exceptional circumstances
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
