At MokoSaga, we aim to deliver your orders safely and as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and ready for dispatch within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation. Certain products, including made-to-order or high-demand styles, may require additional processing time.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays in India will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service availability.

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays caused due to circumstances beyond our control such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Transportation disruptions

  • Government restrictions

  • Courier service interruptions

may affect the delivery timeline.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders.

Please note:

  • Orders worth INR 10,000 or above are not eligible for Cash on Delivery.

  • Customers placing orders above this amount are required to complete full prepaid payment at checkout.

MokoSaga reserves the right to restrict COD services on certain pin codes, products, or suspicious orders.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Any additional charges such as customs duties or local taxes for international shipments, wherever applicable, must be borne by the customer.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email or message containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link

Customers can also track their orders by signing into their account on the MokoSaga website.

Change of Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at the time of placing the order.

If you need to make any changes, kindly contact our support team immediately before the order is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, we will not be able to modify:

  • Shipping address

  • Contact number

  • Delivery details

MokoSaga will not be responsible for delivery issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

Order Confirmation & Cancellation

Customers are advised to review their order carefully before placing it.

Once an order is confirmed and processed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before marking an order as undelivered or returning it to origin.

In case of failed delivery attempts due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Unreachable phone number

  • Customer unavailable at delivery location

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select locations.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines for international orders may vary by destination country.

  • International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless received damaged or incorrect.
